Measham Wholesales Ltd (caterfocus.com) offers free delivery to UK mainland orders over £50 (Some areas of the Highlands and Islands are Chargeable). A small delivery charge of £6.99 is added to all mainland UK orders if your order is below £50. 

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday and orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday for the delivery date stated on the individual product page. If the item, you have ordered is not available then we will be in contact to discuss a future delivery date or you will have the option to cancel your order. 
Please make sure that you notify us within 3 days if your order is damaged or missing. 
Please note that you can identify the delivery date on every product page.
*Locations outside of the UK Mainland will be charged.(Some areas of Scotland are Chargeable). Please contact us on  0330 055 0056 to discuss your delivery options. 

Express Delivery

We are able to offer you an express delivery service. If you are unable to find the delivery option you need, please give us a call on 0330 055 0056 for am express delivery quotation. 

Important Delivery Details

For deliveries via pallet, It is vital that someone is there on the day of delivery to ensure they can sign for the order when it is delivered. Any failed deliveries due to the customer not being on site when the delivery is attempted will be subject to a £50 additional charge for redelivery. If this is not paid then, the goods will be returned back to us and you will be refunded minus 25% restocking fee.

All deliveries are free to mainland UK only (Some areas of Scotland are Chargeable).
If you are ordering from the Scottish Highlands, Ireland and other UK Islands please call our customer service team on 0330 055 0056 for a delivery quotation.
All our orders will be delivered by a courier service and will need to be checked over and signed for. If you find any problem with your order, please let us know on day of delivery.
Please note that even though we aim to delivery within the time stated on the product page, we cannot guarantee delivery within the lead times quoted on the website, contact our call centre on 0330 055 0056 if you need to confirm lead times.
We cannot accept any liabilities for costs caused by late delivery. We recommend that any trade bookings for installation are made once the goods have been received.
