How long will delivery take?

Delivery dates are stated on each individual product page. Next day delivery orders need to be placed by 2.30pm.

Do you carry spare parts?

We keep stock of all the spare parts for our entire range.

How is the warranty?

We supply a 12 month parts warranty on all our products. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with the product please send us an email or give us a call on 0330 055 0056.

Do you offer trade discounts?

Which courier do you use?

We use a range of couriers for our shipments, including Parcelforce, DHL and UPN.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not ship our products internationally.

Do you send a VAT invoice?

We will email a VAT invoice once the order has been dispatched.

What paperwork will arrive with the product?

We are careful not to send out any information with the product that displays the price you paid for it as we understand that you may be supplying your customer with this item and using us to drop ship it.
